About the session
The Accountable Care Learning Collaborative (ACLC) and CareAsOne have partnered to help population
health leaders understand the critical factors that lead to success in value-based care. This
educational series will be led by industry experts, and our first interactive workshop will consist
of real-world examples. The goal: to help you address your organization’s current challenges and
work with other population health professionals to build solutions to improve performance.

- How to build or use a strong infrastructure to succeed in risk-sharing agreements
